Step 1: Welcome & Billing Setup
Before we dive into creative work, we’ll start with a warm welcome and get billing squared away. This ensures a smooth start and clear expectations on both sides.
Send welcome email with onboarding checklist and service summary
Schedule a 20–30 min onboarding video call
Set up recurring monthly invoice for $799
Provide ACH/direct deposit instructions or check mailing info
Step 2: Onboarding Video Call
We’ll connect on a quick video call to get to know your team, tools, and typical design needs. This helps us tailor every graphic to your ministry’s style and rhythm.
Discuss weekly communication preferences (email, Trello, Slack, etc.)
Identify primary contact person and backup
Review common project types (sermon art, event promos, social posts, print materials)
Collect display screen dimensions (stage, foyer, livestream)
Confirm print specs (posters, flyers, banners, etc.)
Review social media platforms and how graphics are used
Request all branding assets (logos, fonts, style guide)
Step 3: Folder & Workflow Setup
Once we understand your needs, we’ll build a streamlined workflow and shared folder system to keep all designs organized and easy to access.
Create shared folder (Google Drive or Dropbox)
Set up project request workflow (form, Trello board, or email)
Organize project pipeline based on urgency and frequency
Step 4: First Deliverables
By the end of week one, you’ll have your first custom graphics in hand so you can start seeing immediate value.
Begin 1–2 top-priority graphic requests
Quick wins: sermon artwork, event flyer, social media post, etc.
Step 5: Ongoing Rhythm
From here, you’ll enjoy a steady flow of graphics tailored to your schedule—backed by monthly planning and unlimited design support.
