  • Yes. You receive full ownership of all final designs and editable source files. You can use them freely for print, web, merch, and any other ministry needs.

  • You’ll receive transparent PNG, vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF), and JPG. We also include any specialty formats your printer or vendor requests.

  • Core ministries include Men’s, Women’s, Kids, Youth, and two additional ministries of your choice (e.g., Young Adults, Missions). This does not include small groups or less common ministries unless chosen as one of the two additional ministries.

  • Most projects are completed in 2–4 weeks depending on the package, response time for feedback, and the number of ministry variations included.

  • Yes. Additional ministry logos can be added at a discounted rate when ordered alongside your package or purchased later as a one-off project.

  • Yes. The Enhanced Package includes a simple guide, and the Full Church Branding Suite includes a detailed guide with logo usage rules, colors, fonts, and examples for social and print.

  • Absolutely. All logos are created in scalable vector format to ensure they look sharp on everything from business cards to large banners or LED screens.

  • An initial concept is the first complete design idea we present for your logo or branding. It’s the creative starting point based on your preferences, goals, and provided references. From there, revisions refine that concept until you’re satisfied.

A revision is one or several adjustments made to the initial concept—such as changing colors, fonts, layout, or icon elements—without starting over from scratch. Requests for completely different design directions count as a new initial concept and are billed separately unless otherwise stated in your package.
