Understanding “Unlimited”

We offer unlimited design and media services to help churches stay creative and consistent. But “unlimited” doesn’t mean without structure. To ensure every church we serve receives high-quality, timely work, we’ve outlined a few important guidelines.

How Our Unlimited Plans Work

Unlimited requests means you can submit as many project ideas as needed. It does not mean unlimited projects are worked on at the same time. Each plan includes a set number of active project slots. Once those slots are full, new requests wait in queue until a slot opens.

This keeps turnaround fair, quality high, and expectations clear.

Typical Turnaround

Turnaround depends on project size, clarity of request, and current queue.

Project Size Example Typical Time
Turnaround Guide
Small Single graphic, slide, flyer, simple edit 2–3 business days
Medium Sermon package, multi-size graphic set, short video edit 3–5 business days
Large Event campaign, branding project, merch collection, website-related request 5–7+ business days

Important: Turnaround begins once the request is clearly submitted, all needed assets are provided, and the request is submitted during business hours. Timelines, campaigns, and roadmaps are developed collaboratively upon request. They are not assumed at the start of service and require alignment on scope, priorities, and direction.

Revision vs New Request

Small changes are part of the process. Major direction changes may be treated as a new request.

Request Type What It Usually Includes How It Is Treated
Revision vs New Request
Revision Text edits, color changes, image swaps, small refinements, minor layout adjustments Included
New Request New concept direction, new layout approach, new deliverable type, major scope expansion Queued separately

Client Responsibilities

We operate on a request-driven model. We come alongside your team to execute, guide, and support—not to replace internal leadership or set organizational priorities unless explicitly agreed upon. To keep projects moving efficiently, clients agree to follow the process below.

Responsibility What We Need From You Why It Matters
Client Responsibilities
Submit Through Platform Use our official request form and project platform for requests, updates, and approvals Keeps communication organized and trackable
Provide Complete Details Include text, assets, deadlines, dimensions, and any key direction upfront Helps us start faster and reduce back-and-forth
Give Clear Feedback Send consolidated feedback whenever possible instead of scattered notes Speeds up revisions and avoids confusion
Respond On Time Reply in a timely way when clarification or approval is needed Helps prevent stalled projects
Submit In Order Send projects in a realistic and organized priority order Keeps your queue moving efficiently

Why This Matters: For best results, we work through a designated point of contact who provides direction, priorities, and feedback. CG supports and executes based on that leadership structure.

Communication Policy

Our request form and project platform are the official communication channels. To keep projects moving efficiently, clients agree to follow the process below.

Communication Type Preferred Method Status
Communication Guidelines
Project Requests Official form / project platform Required
Revisions & Feedback Official form / project platform Required
Approvals Official form / project platform Preferred
Email / Text / DM Secondary only Not guaranteed for project tracking

Clarification: Messages sent outside the platform may not be tracked as official project instructions, revisions, or approvals.

Fair Use

Unlimited plans are designed for ongoing, reasonable creative support.

Situation What It Means How It May Be Handled
Fair Use Guidelines
Ongoing Normal Use Consistent creative requests that fit the plan and queue structure Included
Very Large Requests Requests with unusually high scope, complexity, or rollout size May be phased
Heavy Simultaneous Demands Many large projects requested at once beyond active capacity Queued appropriately
Out-of-Scope Support Services outside the client’s current plan Upgrade or separate scope

Clarification: Unlimited requests does not mean unlimited simultaneous production. Projects are completed according to active capacity, scope, and queue order.
